Mina & Cassie, former guests from our "Challenges of Being Queer in Education" episode join us today as LRSH co-hosts to discuss Lies Teachers Tell.

 

We talk about intentional lies in the form of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, and lies of omission with quotes from Dr. King that are not taught in the classroom.

 

We then discuss LRSH's plan to combat lies in the classroom -Brutally Honest Text Books.
